Dan is the oldest son of Helen (Nelson) and Bill Carlson and also grew up in Congo. He is an MAF pilot and lives with his family in Kinshasa. He flies to many familiar airstrips in central Africa, and manages part of the work there for MAF.

Until his death in 2008, Jim was instrumental in beginning and leading the Trinity Equipping Center in Kursk, Russia, a training program for pastors and those serving the evangelical Russian church. Lois is a nurse, and also teaches and models evangelism to Russian students and friends. She now divides her time between Russia and Papillion, Nebraska. She continues working hard with Russian believers to develop, tape and distribute a distance learning curriculum that can expand the TEC's ministry, even if the McNeills have to leave Russia due to restrictive government regulations. Jim has recently faced some serious health issues, but is now doing well.

Dorothy Anderson
Dorothy's husband Richard Anderson died on April 9, 2003. She is originally from Holdrege and married Richard, whose father, Oscar Anderson, served as pastor at Westmark. Richard and his first wife, Alpha (whose father Lars Almquist also served the church as pastor) and then Dorothy served in Congo. Ralph and Helen officially retired from TEAM some years ago, but maintain an active ministry to former students from their years of teaching in South Africa. Ralph promotes Every Member Ministry and is supported through Helen's home church in Roseville, Minnesota. They now reside in a retirement facility in Kansas.Mail:
